Talent Success Specialist

Responsible for the entire employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, talent management, retention, exit process, with a critical eye toward how to deliver human-centered value. You are expected to understand unique talent requirements for a Software as a Service Company who is trailblazing in the enterprise software industry and aspires to become a recognized global brand and craft bespoke approaches to talent management accordingly.

In addition to viewing employees as internal customers, Talent Success means you are expected to work with external customers to inform or create practices that help recruit, reward, train and retain employees. As such, your involvement across every step of the Customer Success Journey, understanding Solvoyo’s value proposition, customer expectations and desired outcome and assessing the effectiveness of Solvoyo employee interactions with customers will be critical. This also means involving customers in creating employee-related practices.

Moreover, you will be expected to:

  • Help the executive team with building out the “Future Solvoyo” organization, communicating with the Board, current investors and potential new investors
  • Focus on business units and employees working together to create personalized, authentic experiences that ignite passion and tap into purpose to strengthen individual, team and company performance.
  • Balance organizational requirements along with enhancing its employees' work experience.
  • Create memorable workplace experiences which span all aspects employees are related with.

Successful applicants will have 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources methodologies. A natural team player with great communication skills, you will understand what good HR practices look like in a medium sized organization, but be comfortable working up from sound foundations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or senior student preferably in industrial psychology, management, industrial engineering
  • Basic understanding about overall HR processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and track recruitment process with a high level of attention to detail and tracking
  • Strong analytical, research and reporting skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Intellectual curiosity is a must and interest in technology & supply chain is a plus
  • Ability to devote at least 3 days a week
